Grown by smallholder farmers in the lush highlands of Kintamani, Bali, these exceptional beans are cultivated at elevations of 1,200–1,600 meters in nutrient-rich volcanic loam soil. Carefully hand-picked and traditionally wet-hulled before being dried on raised beds, this unique processing method contributes to Bali Blue's signature richness, smoothness, and remarkable depth of flavor.
